Calcium Carbonate PPT. Is synthetically processed from naturally occurring high grade lime stone. The material is brilliant white and can be supplied in different bulk densities from 0.28 gms/cc to 0.9 gms/cc, depending upon the requirement of end user. This alone is the Major advantage of precipitate calcium carbonate. The assay of material is around 98.7 % as CaCO3. The material is fluffy and free from inclusions.

This grade is processed through naturally occurring high purity ores containing CaCO3 as major component. The ores are subjected to beneficiations and up gradation to obtain different qualities of calcium carbonate depending on sorting of lumps to process involved. Calcium Carbonate Dc grade (Directly DCCompressible): - Caltron’s Calcium Carbonate DC Grade is manufactured at their state of the art manufacturing facility having all the latest machineries in place. The DC grade has got high purity of CaCO3 99% and above. The material is manufactured under stringent quality controls to make it fit for pharmaceutical industries. Our DC grade reduces time of production and is much more convenient and is produced as per the customer’s requirement.

Our DC grade is available for Oyster Shell Calcium Carbonate, Precipitated Calcium Carbonate, Coral Calcium Carbonate, Calcite(Animal Feed) etc.

The material is processed through naturally occurring sea shells of Oyster Origin. Unlike other two grades which are inorganic in nature., material derived from Oyster shells is considered to be derived from Organic Source. The material is in its purest form with 99.7 % assay as CaCO3. The material is creamish in colour owing bulk density between 0.6 to 0.8 gms/cc. Its major market is in the pharmaceutical segment due to non toxic and relatively high CaCO3 contents.
